Preload pointer.gif on master view

Tony Sheehy 14 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 7

The pointer.gif needs to be preloaded on the master view.
An example ramification of not pre-loading this image is that it is being loaded every time an accordion div is opened/closed on the scheduler.

Event Broker Issues

Eddie Kirkman 14 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 5

Having got EB to start and run, I am now having issues with any of the operations running, so I suspect I have some more rights issues to resolve but would appreciate some help troubleshooting these - especially the error logs.

My AD changes plugin for the ID Dir ADAM instance gives the floowing error when I try and test it.

Plugin failed with error (-1): System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException(0x8007200A): The specifid directory service attribute or value does not exist.

Display whether a particular check operation picked up changes in the last run statistics

Tony Sheehy 14 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 1

It is currently not possible to tell whether a check operation registered changes outside of going through the EventBroker logs. This could be alleviated by simply adding a Changes Registered field in the Last Run Statistics.

Examples of when this may become an issue include:

  1. The operation list executes too quickly for changes to be displayed.
  2. The EventBroker operator is away from the computer while the operation list executes and no warnings/errors appear.

Unclear what time zone the log viewer is showing for log items

Shane Day (Chief Technology Officer) 14 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 7

The log viewer isn't entirely clear what time zone the log items timestamps are being displayed in. This could be improved by informing the user of the time zone, and potentially allowing swapping between local/browser and UTC times.

EB Schedules comment gives wrong time format

Carol Wapshere 14 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 7

When setting a schedule in EB it tels me to enter the frequency as "hh:mm:ss". So I tried entering "24:00:00" for 1 day, and instead that was 24 days/ Seems to comment should probably say "dd:hh:mm".

The images on the Operation Details page flicker in both IE6 and Chrome

Tony Sheehy 13 years ago updated by anonymous 9 years ago 4

The images in the Operation details page flicker quite substantially, which appear to be in time with the page refresh.
