Retried operations not displayed as running
The currently executing operation within a running operation list does not display the execution wheel next to the operation in IE6.
The details page of a currently running operation list does not display the execution wheel next to the operation list name in IE6.

The issue is not that the wheel is not being displayed properly, but that for a reason currently unknown - in IE6 - the operation list state is coming in as 'Stopped' as opposed to 'Running'. An environment with IE6 will need to be configured such that it can be properly debugged.
Operations that have retried and still have retries left are not displayed as running. This issue is not IE6 specific - normal running operation lists are displayed correctly.
Cannot be reproduced, this may have been incidentally fixed in EB3.1
