IE6 - Failed Operation list mouse-over

The error message displayed against a failed operation list on the operations index is not displayed correctly in IE6 on mouseover.

This appears to be another IE6 hasLayout issue. Simply adding a zoom:1 property to the CSS definition of the Severity class fixes this issue and from what could be observed in testing does not detrimentally affect other pages.
