The images on the Operation Details page flicker in both IE6 and Chrome

The images in the Operation details page flicker quite substantially, which appear to be in time with the page refresh.

Tony is correct about IE6, although it appears less severe. The blue steps in the "Operations" step flash as regularly as the refresh, while the other images only appear to do it periodically.
