The alert of a failed operation list will persist after the operation list is deleted.
An alert denoting a failed operation list will persist even after that operation list has been removed. This may cause confusion and at present causes errors if the action link in the fault is followed.
Button label consistency
When modifying an existing Operation List schedule, the button label is still always "Create" - it should be "Update" (as for Check Operations).
Also, the button label when editing an Operation List is "Save" ... it should be always "Update" or "Save" throughout the product, not a mix.
