Installation of UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Identity Manager requires running an installer package to gain access to the Management Agent.
Firstly, determine the directory to install the product to. This defaults to:
%Program Files%\UNIFY Solutions\Identity Broker\Microsoft.MIM
With a default installation of a Windows machine, this is:
C:\Program Files\UNIFY Solutions\Identity Broker\Microsoft.MIM
After installation the installed file must be copied to the target MIM, FIM or ILM instance.
Installing UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Identity Manager
The UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Identity Manager installation file is named UNIFYBroker for Microsoft Identity Manager.msi. This installation includes the extended management agent used to enable use of UNIFYBroker from Microsoft Identity Manager, as well as an additional engine component enabling the UNIFYBroker service to perform operations specific to MIM (such as generated packaged management agents).
