UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Identity Manager Installation

With a default installation of a Windows machine, this is:
C:\Program Files\UNIFY Solutions\Identity Broker\Microsoft.MIM
After installation the installed file must be copied to the target MIM, FIM or ILM instance.
