What web services have to be set up to support provisioning/sync of users and locations to HPRM 8.3?

I am looking at https://voice.unifysolutions.net/knowledge-bases/7-unifybroker-knowledge/categories/95-unifybrokermicro-focus-content-manager/articles but it is not clear what the customer has to set up to allow me to fulfill the following requirements for provisioning and sync to HPRM 8.3:

  • Add/sync location
  • Assign a location to a parent location
  • Add sync user
  • Assign a user to a location

BR 2.1

The solution must automate creation and update of HP Records Manager user and location records for new employees and contractors with a current HP Records Manager entitlement upon creation of appropriate records in upstream authoritative systems (Talent2 Ascender and the Ad-Hoc Users system).

BR 2.2

The solution must provide updates to the HP Records Manager user record for the linked person record updated within the authoritative source.

BR 2.3

The solution must provide automation for de-activation of the HP Records Manager user record on termination of the linked person record within the authoritative source system.

BR 2.4

The solution must provide automation for the reactivation and reuse of an existing HP Records Manager user account for returning employees and contractors with a current HP Records Manager entitlement on the update of an existing record within the authoritative source system.

BR 2.5

The solution must provide automated membership updates to the AD user group <TBA> for users with a current HP Records Manager entitlement
