Import fails on CSV connectors when no entities exist in the connector

Full imports fail on CSV connectors when there are no existing entities in the connector.

I thought this had been resolved?

It has. I created a new issue to log time against, and don't want to resolve it until I have a build of v3.0.2 that includes the other CSV changes so I can make sure nothing breaks.

Testing successful. Will close when FINANCE-22 has been confirmed as resolved.
