Aurion Agent 5.1 not saving

Eddie Kirkman 8 years ago in UNIFYBroker/Aurion updated by anonymous 8 years ago 10

Installed IdB 5.1 RC in a lab with Aurion 5.1 RC. Creating an agent for Aurion lets me fill in the fields, but on saving throws the following error:

The fix for this has been included in Identity Broker v5.1 RC2. Please note that this has not required a re-release of any of the connectors themselves, only Identity Broker.

Should have added - any idea what I am missing?

Under review

Hi Eddie, thanks for reporting. This has already been fixed, we just have to upload the next RC (for Identity Broker). I'll keep you posted.

Will be answered

Patch applied and can now save agent and connector. When I view connector the extended fields show as XML

Just tried to create a connector again and now the create screen gives an error and does not show the options. Not sure if it is my lab or the patched RC product so will try rebooting in case something on my end is confused/cached

And I appreciate that I am working with RC code and explicit patches, so I am more than happy to wait for the final version, but in the meantime, if you need anything tested ...

We are seeing the same issue with the extended database connector in v5.1, the UI appears when creating the connector however then at some point in the future it stops working and appears in the same way as Eddie's screenshots above - restarting the IDB service doesn't resolve the issue and the UI doesn't come back.

+1

Unify.Framework.PlugIn.zip Drop the dll into Web\bin\ (will also be available in the next RC/RTM).

Sorry, the patch was originally not publicly visible (in reply to Eddie's previous comment).

Thanks Adam - confirmed that has fixed it in our case
