General Public

The General Public refers to anyone that has an interest in the product that is not a Subscriber.

The General Public can request support for the following:

  • Installation;
  • Usage;
  • Product faults; and
  • Best Practices.

The options for support are:

  • By raising a ticket or commenting on a knowledge base article.

There are no guaranteed service levels for the General Public.

Subscribers

A Subscriber is an end user of the product, representing an entity that has a current maintenance agreement covering the applicable product.

A Subscriber can request support for the following:

  • Installation;
  • Usage;
  • Product faults; and
  • Best Practices.

The options for support are:

  • By following the process outline by the support agreement; or
  • By raising a ticket or commenting on a knowledge base article.

There are no guaranteed service levels for Subscribers.

Subscribers may also purchase direct support with service levels by contacting UNIFY Solutions on contactus@unifysolutions.net. The terms and conditions will be supplied. This e-mail address can also be used to purchase services for implementation of product.
