Link Filters

Overview

Filters are a set of rules which dictate if a changed source entity is eligible for synchronization. Links can be configured with a separate set of filters for both incoming and outgoing synchronizations. An entity must satisfy ALL appropriate filters before it will be considered for synchronization - that is, filters are inclusive. The utilization of filters can be used to give more control to what entities are synchronized on any given link.

Described below are the many different types of comparison operators which filters allow, each offering different functionality. Filter availability is dependent on the schema type of the field being filtered.
