Microsoft Dynamics CRM Agent
Overview
A Microsoft Dynamics CRM agent is an agent provided by UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is a shared component between all UNIFYBroker/Microsoft Dynamics CRM connectors. Using the IOrganizationService, this agent can perform web service calls against Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Configuration
A Microsoft Dynamics CRM agent maintains the following configuration:

| Address | The Uri to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance that is being connected to. |
| Credentials | The type of credential used to connect to the target instance. |
| Account name | The network account name used to connect to the target system. |
| Password | Password corresponding to the provided network account name. |
| Timeout | The duration before the operation is to time out. |
