Entity Viewer

Overview

The UNIFYBroker entity viewer can be used to view the current state of a connector / adapter entity. Access the entity viewer by clicking on the value in the Entity Id column of the relevant entity from the Entity Search page.

Usage

The Entity Viewer shows the Entity ID, Partition ID, created and modified time, and all entity values for the relevant entity.

For each entity value, you can click the Origin Info link to view details on the origin of that value. The Origin Info dialog shows both the ancestors and descendants of a particular value. The ancestors show where the value came from, and the descendants show where the value propagates to from here.

In the below example, you can see that the origin of the value of the Name field, and clicking the Entity Id would display details of the entity that provided the value.
