Improve exception for schema mismatch

The following is the exception thrown when the schema of an adapter does not match the generated XMA schema from FIM.

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

The exception message looks like it should use string.Format, but doesn't:

Parameter name: The specified field {0} does not currently exist in the adapter schema.
