Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.

All rows in the view have a value in EMPLID - The attribute used for the DN.

That is for the distinguished name converter transformation. The exception is because there is a string.Empty value being passed to the dn template. It only doesn't generate a distinguished name if the value is missing, not if it's blank.

I have added additional logging here that will show the field name.

Changed Cell to have NULL instead of empty string.
