Allow consultants to add any SCIM attribute (core or extension) to the SCIM gateway configuration.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for the suggestion. Due to limitations in the Microsoft library, this isn't possible in v5.3. However we've got this one on our backlog for 6.0 already, so great to hear people are keen on it.
