How soon will temporal transformations (e.g. Time Offset) be re-evaluated after the current date and time changes?

Hi Adrian

These kind of transformations schedule future-dated changes at the point in time when the transformations output value would change. Once this scheduled time is in the past compared to system time, these changes are picked up by change detection and processed like any other change, which should be pretty much immediate.
