REST API Link/PowerShell/UpdateProvisioningTask fails with error ""

Using swagger I see the following error when I call the Link/PowerShell/UpdateProvisioningTask function:

The error is "Index was out of range.  Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection."  Please add it to the ticket title, I left it off inadvertantly.

Sorry, please close this ticket.  It turns out I was specifying an incorrect taskId.  There is no bug.
