Update NIM to return entity key instead of id

PJ: When new entities are created, the entity id is being returned to NIM but should be updated to return the key.

Hi Nick,
I've attached some DLLs that might fix this. Unlike the previous work I've been unable to test at all as I don't have a sample XML document of what the return state should look like. If this doesn't work we might have to take the time to develop such a document.
Thanks Patrick Love your work! I have just done a quick test and this appears to resolve the issue. I will do some more involved testing prior to confirmation onsite at the client.
