Move Update Connector config to Connector Configuration

Identity Broker Update Connector Config only allows modification of:
#Name
#Comment
#Queue when blocked
This functionality should be moved into the Connector configuration.

Hi Matthew,

Great idea. This is one that we had deferred during the v4.0 development, as it is made difficult due to the pluggable nature of Identity Broker and because connector configurations support multiple pages for configuration.

I have created IDB-931 to be able to edit these settings without having to navigate away from the page.
