Error in Create Database scripts in installer

See the attached screenshot for an error currently occurring when attempting to install the service with the new database option selected.

I have removed the BOM from the file.

For future reference, I used Notepad++ and used the Encoding > Convert to UTF-8 without BOM.

Confirmed during regression testing. Issue closed.
