Can't promote DN components to multipart

The Promote To buttons on the DN generator don't do anything. This is likely another IE-specific issue.

Tony, I've also just tested this in Chrome. Can you see what's going on here?

This has been tested locally and can be closed on the next incoming push.

This has been fixed and tested in the latest installation on prdgrp-test3.
