SQL AlwaysOn support
Does IdentityBroker support the SQL AlwaysOn Availability Groups feature introduced with SQL2016? An "early adopter" preview of a MIM2016 supporting this feature has just been made available to MVPs, and with growing awareness of this feature, it would be good to put this on the roadmap if it's not already there.
Answer
It hasn't been specifically tested for this feature. What is the value in proving compatibility with this over traditional methods of HA? Do you have an environment that we can test against?
The first I have heard of the existence of this feature was in an email from the MIM product group over the weekend, Adam, so I know nothing further, and have no environment set up for this yet. However I hope to test this feature with respect to MIM support for it in the next fortnight ... provided I get a chance to do this I will happily relay what I find. This is really just a heads-up to a feature which has already been well received among the MIM community - it would be worth putting this in the job jar IMHO.
