The server cannot handle directory requests during installation
With EB and IdB:
Login details validation failed with the following error: "The server cannot handle directory requests." Please check your login information. There doesn't appear to be any issues with AD.

Hi Matthew,
What did you enter in the service account box? Does it match the whoami command for that user? Is there some strange domain/forest/trust set up?
I have found recommendations to run a slightly different command, are you able to run a test installer with the updated validation?
Thanks.

domain\samaccountname. I have not logged in as the service account. I don't believe the service account would have/need login rights. Very simple AD setup.
Its a Dev environment, so test installer is doable.

Found a solution online suggesting to provide the override for System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.ContextOptions of Negotiate, which is strange as it has worked everywhere else. The setting has worked and will be available in the next releases.
