Operation list last execution status improvement

There is currently no way to tell (purely from the page itself) which operation list is being described by the operation list last execution status page. This could be remedied by simply including a field of the operation list name / link back to the operation list.

The bulk of implementation has been completed - however a number of unit tests will still need to be generated, and the plain-text in the updated pages will need to be resourced respectively.

  1. Remove replay run.
  2. Add operation errors to the summary (on operation list page).
  3. Add all operations that ran to the full details page.
