Upgrade - Retaining of existing service account details

Possibly in the "nice to have" category, but it would definitely further improve the upgrade experience if it was possible to detect the existing service account details and show these in the installer wizard. If this is achievable I think this would be worth the effort - password as well if possible.

Thanks for the suggestion Bob Bradley.

It's made a quite difficult because we make use of a major upgrade which removes everything before upgrading. The service also has the version number in the name, which might be hard to update if the service isn't removed.

For my benefit, http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix3/wix_xsd_deleteservices.htm to stop the service from being removed. Conditionally show the service account screen on UPGRADEFOUND.
