The text audit writer can be write audit entries to a text file.
Each line of the audit file will contain the JSON formatted details of a single audit entry.
A backup or archive process is recommended to ensure that the audit files do not consume too much disk space.
The text audit writer requires the following by way of configuration:
|Name||The display name of the audit writer which is used for identification throughout Identity Broker.|
|Directory||The directory into which logs will be written. This refers to a physical location on the service-host.|
|File-prefix||The prefix to be written to the front of each log file.|
|File-extension||The extension to be written to the end of each log file.|
|Logs Per File||The maximum number of log entries per file.|
