Agents encapsulate the connection details required to connect to, or perform a function against, a target system.
This has a number of benefits including:
- Connection details for target systems are centralized, such that if the connection details of a system change, each operation does not need to be manually updated.
- Reduce the risk of having different, or incorrect connection details across different operations.
- Reduction in time to set up operations that share connection details.
The following configuration settings are common to all Agents:
|Name||The display name of the agent. This name should describe the purpose of the agent.|
