CSV connector display issues

There are some display issues with the CSV connector.

  • Some label names are still garbled
  • Some FTP settings display regardless of the type of communicator (File and FTP)
  • A validation message does not display if the file path is cleared
  • There is a ")" character after "Ignore Certificate Errors"

Tony, did you resource these items? As well as the other things Matthew has mentioned?

Confirmed locally and this can be closed on the next incoming push.

Uri and ProxyUri should fail validation if empty. ProxyUri doesn't seem to show invalid URIs as invalid.
