Will Unify Identity Broker create the custom log when Windows Event Log Writer is configured to write to a custom log

With Unify Identity Broker 4.0 & 4.1 we can configure Windows Event Log Writer to write to a custom log: https://unifysolutions.jira.com/wiki/display/IDB41/Windows+Event+Log+Writer

Will Unify Identity Broker create the custom log when we configure this and if so do we have to restart the server or what steps must be taken as it is not stipulated.

Required for health check data collection scripts.

Hi Andre
The custom log is not generated until the first entry is written to it, like how the CSV log writer doesn't generate the csv until the first log-able event. However, for a custom Windows log to be successfully written to, the machine needs to be reset after the custom log is created. If not restarted, or if the log doesn't exist when restart, Identity Broker will continue logging to its current log, 'Application' by default.

Tested it in my Lab and it works.
