Review SharePoint 2010 User Profile tooltips

Currently the UserName/Password tooltips refer to "credntials", and the Enforce SID History is just "EnforceSIDHistory".

I fixed up the typo when looking at another issue around null URIs in the Net Communicator. The Enforce SID History hint now reads "Whether or not SID history will be maintained when account names change." Marked as resolved, please close if appropriate.
