SQL Connector table hints support

Would like to have SQL Table hints support, specifically for NOLOCK, but other options might also be useful.

For Product Group: We have to keep in mind how other database providers (eg Oracle) will work here, as the statement may be done differently. (In the case of Oracle, there is no NOLOCK statement, so this would purely be for other table hints).
