Can you please elaborate on the requirement of the service account to have permission to create a WCF endpoint. Where would this be configured?

Hi Daniel,

The information Bob provided is also available in a troubleshooting page linked to from the installation prerequisites page you originally commented on. Did you just miss the link do you need this to be further expanded upon?
