IE6/IE7 breadcrumb display issue

There's a display issue in IE6 and IE7 that removes the border where the arrow images are.

Tony Sheehy if it's going to take longer than the estimate don't worry about it. It should be fine to only look at IE7. If IE6 is incidentally fixed great.

Supported versions of IE has increased since this was raised.
