Revisit terminology of the Outgoing pending operation

It may be worth revisiting the Outgoing Pending operation terminology, for whether the term "Export" should be included.

Outgoing Pending operation renamed to Pending Exports, committed to separate EB-476 branch.

Documentation and UI updated, images in documentation maintain old terminology which will be rectified in the global EB screenshot issue.
