Can I get an Azure template re-enabled

Hello, can I please get an updated expiration date for the Azure Template, 'MIM 2016 SP1 + SQL 2016' at https://unifysolutions.sharepoint.com/teams/CTO/Lists/Azure%20Templates/DispForm.aspx?ID=30&e=lxlGai

Related note in the 'Creating Virtual Machines from Templates in Azure' CTO page here, the link to the Copy-AzureBlob script is pointing at an invalid bitbucket url. Is there an updated link for this script?
