The layout is considerably different in FF than Chromium (e.g. Edge) based browsers. The widgets are appearing in different places than expected. The fonts are considerably different. The layout gets closer to correct when zoomed to ~130%, but the fonts are still slightly out.

Hi Adam,

On my 1080p displays all three browsers render Monitor the same. What resolution of you displays and what scaling percent do you have set in the Windows display settings? Also, can you check in Firefox the value of layout.css.devPixelsPerPx on the about:config, as well as any other layout. options with non-default vaules?

layout.css.devPixelsPerPx: -1 (default)
All other layout. are default.

Large monitor: 100% (1920 x 1080) - displays strangely (original screenshot)
Laptop monitor: 150% (2256 x 1504) - displays layout correctly, fonts still different, see below
