AMS needs an executive dashboard

The current dashboards are too low level for consumption - a top level/executive summary dashboard must show the current state as applied to UNIFY's understanding of the current performance fit for purpose.

Hi Shane,

Could I merge this topic with the related topic, Reports for Business and Operational Support? If I understand your suggestion correctly, it sounds like it would be covered by a Management report as per Sooraj's suggestion.

In terms of support clients, once Ivanti is operational we will be able to show how much value a client is getting out of their support arrangement. Additionally, we can filter results down to traffic lights that can indicate system KPI's that can focus on business language not system information. This type of dashboard is already functional at tafe.

Certainly - neither topic hasn't actually defined any reports or KPIs.  I'm not sure that Management report is exactly the right way to think of it, though, but we'll address that when we workshop the idea.
