'About' screen issues and missed branding

  • Version number missing.
  • 'Event Broker' displayed in Bold should be FIM Event Broker or not there at all (the product name essentially appears twice over two consecutive lines).
  • The text 'MVC <templates/>' looks wrong, although it does match the logo on the project page. The project seems to refer to the project as 'MvcTemplates' in its description.
  • Shane has mentioned that there are a few other places where branding has been missed, as well as parts of the workflow.

These are small enough that they can probably be rolled into this issue.

1 - 'Event Broker' displayed in Bold should probably be FIM Event Broker or not there at all (the product name essentially appears twice over two consecuitive lines).

Thanks Richard Courtenay, not good that we missed a fair bit on that page. I've update the priority due to the branding part of your comment.

Fixed in v3.1.1 and v3.2 (screenshot included of latter)

  • Version number re-included
  • Fixed a number of branding issues where "Event Broker" was still being used. There may be others that are using different resources but we'll keep an eye out
  • Looking at the MVC <templates/> page both formatting is used, although the alternate often only due to encoding issues (the HTML page title). As the formal Licensing doesn't differentiate we're happy to use the stylized branding.
